Smoky Mountain Bluegrass Festival

The Haywood County Arts Council's one-day bluegrass festival at the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds in late October, at the peak of leaf season: headline bluegrass bands (Balsam Range and Appalachian Road Show in 2026), music-themed vendors, local artist demonstrations, raffles, a playground and food trucks. Bring a blanket or chair; leashed dogs are welcome. Adults need a ticket; kids 12 and under get in without one. A fundraiser for the arts council.
